Two bedrooms with private bathrooms, equipped with reversible air conditioning and offering direct access to the lush garden, complete this level. The staircase leads to the first floor where there is a spacious suite with bathroom, closets, reversible air conditioning, and a private balcony. The latter offers a breathtaking view of the beautifully maintained garden and the swimming pool, promising moments of relaxation and tranquility. The exterior of the villa is not to be outdone, with a terrace decorated with deckchairs perfect for lounging in the sun. The swimming pool invites you to refreshing moments while the wooded garden is a true oasis of greenery. For your comfort, the villa is equipped with reversible air conditioning and has private parking. 4G Internet access with Wifi and optical fiber is included, as are electricity consumption, water, gas, and linens. A cleaning lady is also at your service daily until 3 p.m., ensuring that the property is kept in impeccable condition. Additional services are available on request, including a prestigious concierge service, as well as massages and facials for a truly relaxing and revitalizing experience. Regarding the reservation, a 40% deposit is required upon reservation, supplemented by a second deposit of 60% of the total amount 45 days before arrival. Payments can be made by bank transfer or in cash, the latter option also being accepted on site during your stay. Please note that the total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on site. The tourist tax is also an additional charge, amounting to 2.90 euros per person per day. Cancellation conditions and fees, as well as a detailed description of the applicable policy, are available upon request.
