Come and discover our magnificent villa located in the town of Vauclin, in the South Atlantic of Martinique. Accessible by a track, the villa is isolated by a beautiful plant barrier, providing absolute tranquility. With a surface area of 180m², the villa offers spacious and modern accommodation. On the upper level, you will find an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and a BZ sofa bed suitable for two children or teenagers. This bedroom also has a dressing room and a private bathroom. On the garden level, you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen Size double beds (160X200), one of which has a private bathroom, as well as another air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds. A third shower room is also available. The recent and very well-equipped American kitchen is accompanied by an adjoining laundry room. The large living room has comfortable sofas and a large screen television. The villa has a terrace in front of the living room, including a dining area and an outdoor lounge area. It also offers a superb view of the secure swimming pool (6mX3.5m), surrounded by sun loungers. The villa is one of eight identical villas, with different prices depending on the location and view. Four villas offer a beautiful sea view, two villas have a partial sea view and the last two villas offer a countryside view. Services are included in the rental of the villa, such as linen (sheets, towels, tea towels), a barbecue, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a baby cot and a high chair on request. Internet connection and WiFi are also available, as well as a limited telephone, flat screen TVs with DVD players, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. End of stay cleaning is included in the rental, but you also have the possibility to select this option when booking. Enjoy water activities near the villa, such as kite surfing, windsurfing and kayaking at the Pointe Faula water sports centre. Water and Atlantic coast excursions are also available, as well as local restaurants and horse riding opportunities. The villa is ideally located 3 km from the centre of Le Vauclin and its shops, and approximately 3.5 km from the nearest beach, Pointe Faula.
