This villa located in a peaceful location offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Grande Anse in Anses d'Arlet. Surrounded by nature, it has direct access to the sea by a staircase, and the seabed in front of the villa is magnificent. The village of Grande Anse, with its white sand beach, is accessible on foot about 250 meters away. The villa, spread over 3 levels, has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. On the main level, you will find a large living room opening onto a terrace and an infinity pool offering a spectacular view. The American kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. On the upper floor, there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a private bathroom. The lower floor has 3 small adjoining bedrooms in tropical wood, ventilated by the sea breeze, as well as a bathroom. The outdoor areas include a large wooden terrace with a furnished carbet to relax and eat while enjoying the splendid view. Facilities and services offered include complimentary breakfast on the first day, linen provided, washing machine, TV, internet access and barbecue. End of stay cleaning is included. Nearby activities include hill walks, snorkeling in front of the villa, scuba diving and various excursions.
