With a surface area of 220 m², the villa is spacious and modern. It is fully equipped and includes an air-conditioned master suite with a Queen Size double bed, dressing room and private bathroom. There are also 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a Queen Size double bed and its own private bathroom. The living room opens onto a large terrace offering a magnificent view of the swimming pool and the sea. The American kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The shaded terrace is ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing in the outdoor lounge. The secure swimming pool has a children's beach and a carbet where you can lounge around.
