Located on the north-east coast of Mauritius, in Roches Noires, this exceptional villa is distinguished by its refined decoration, unique interior architecture and breathtaking location facing the magnificent lagoon. Its ambiance is partly created by a remarkable collection of paintings by a famous artist, Matisse's last pupil, perfectly integrated into this seaside setting. The villa offers direct access to less than 50 meters from Trou Vert, a famous snorkeling spot, not to mention the magical view of the Northern Islands from the private pontoon, especially at sunset. Each room, including the bathrooms, offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the three-level infinity pool, guaranteeing magnificent views of the lagoon and the nearby Indian Ocean. Whether for a holiday with friends, family or a honeymoon, every detail has been thought of for the well-being of the guests. The villa accommodates 4 people and includes two air-conditioned Master Suites, one on the ground floor, with a terrace directly overlooking the pool and the sea, and the other designed in loft style with a large terrace offering a sea view. It also has a dining room facing the sea with large bay windows and an outdoor dining room under the veranda, equipped with a lounge lounge for an unforgettable experience facing the sea. The living area is 380 m² while the garden extends over 4200 m², with a recent renovation dating from 2022. In terms of equipment, the villa offers all the necessary comfort with high-quality equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a separate kitchenette with a central island, induction hob, fridge/freezer, ice dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machines, toaster and juicer, as well as three complete tableware sets. To accommodate guests, the villa is designed for 8 people. Technological equipment includes Wi-Fi, smart TV, hifi system, Bluetooth speaker, TV and Netflix subscriptions, alarm, electric shutters and a generator. The two beds in the Master Suites are king size. Outside, a barbecue, deckchairs and beach furniture equip the private pontoon. The villa offers a spectacular view of the sea and benefits from a north orientation, ideal in the southern hemisphere to be sheltered from the winds during the southern winter. Just 10 meters from the sea, with direct access from the garden, guests can easily reach the nearest village located 3 km away, the airport an hour's drive away, and Port Louis in 50 minutes. For nearby activities, a wide range is offered: golf, water sports, horse riding, diving, fishing, kite surfing, sailing, tennis, swimming with dolphins or relaxing days on an island with barbecue.
